Here's another favourite Stock Car jockey from the '50's, Ross "Pappy" Fowler.....he always seemed to be up there in the top 10. Another cool Ford coupe bites the dust. There were so many potential hot rods destroyed those days...I guess that's why vintage tin is so expensive today. I even destroyed a few '56 Pontiacs myself during the late '60's Riverview days. I'll bet you can't guess what was painted on the back of the car.......yes, it was "Pappy Yokum" from the popular Saturday funny papers "L'il Abner".......Are you too young to remember?
